Nominations Are Open: The Maneframe 20 Under 20 and 30 Under 30

Every year, this industry produces talent that nobody outside of a twenty-block radius ever hears about. A nineteen-year-old apprentice with a booked-solid column. A twenty-seven-year-old who turned one chair into three locations. A barber quietly training half the next generation in their city.

Maneframe is changing that. Nominations are now open for the inaugural 20 Under 20 and 30 Under 30 — two recognition lists built to surface the professionals shaping where hair goes next, before the rest of the industry catches up.

20 Under 20 honours emerging talent under the age of twenty: apprentices, assistants, students and newly licensed professionals showing exceptional craft, work ethic or creative voice this early in their careers.

30 Under 30 recognises professionals under thirty who are already moving the industry — through technical mastery, education, business building, community work or creative influence.

Anyone can nominate, including yourself. There is no fee. Selected honourees receive a permanent feature on their Maneframe profile, an editorial spotlight across our channels, and priority consideration for the Maneframe Ambassador Program.
